The location of the hotel was great, being very close to Carvoeiro city center for nightlife activities. It was also conveniently located near larger stores, making it easy to shop for groceries. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well-furnished, with modern appliances. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests, providing excellent service.
The maintenance of the villas was poor, with some issues that needed to be addressed.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The villa we stayed in was spacious and catered to all our needs. We especially loved the private pool during the summer. The villa had comfy beds and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel grounds were tranquil and well-maintained, with a small playground. The breakfast was delicious, with options to meet our dietary requirements. The staff, especially Marcio, were professional and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, only a short drive to the center of Carvoeiro and the nearest beach.

The hotel is exquisite, with exclusive amenities that fulfill a luxurious experience. We enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, the heated swimming pool, and the sauna with a beautiful Spa lounge. the massage and full body massage services were of the highest quality, and the treatment room was a peaceful space to relax.
There was only one minor issue. the outdoor swimming pool had some cracks, and the sun loungers were not very comfortable.
